ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. AbradeLTD.com orders may be returned by mail.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must have tag still attached for refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove this tag.

About Our Policy

Abrade Limited LLC proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our products. We guarantee all of our products to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at Abrade Limited LLC discretion, any product that proves to be defective.

Product damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered by our warranty but may be repaired for a reasonable fee.  Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, not every product is identical.

 

Items purchased from dealers may either be returned to the place of purchase, and they will facilitate your warranty, or you may work directly with Abrade Limited LLC.

 

HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY OR A REPAIR TO ABRADE LIMITED LLC?

 

Email Abrade Limited LLC's Customer Service at info@abradeltd.com and include the following: where the garment was purchased, approximately how long you have owned it, a photo of the entire garment and a photo highlighting the area of issue. We are available Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm CST and will try to reply to your email within two business days.

 

If a warranty/repair has been approved, please clean your garment before sending it to us. Items requiring cleaning will delay the warranty process and may incur a cleaning charge.
